Join Our Team: Community Scheme Financial Administrator

 

Bellbuoy is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a numbers focused professional who thrives on accuracy, accountability, and efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping and accounting functions
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and reconciliations
  • Monitor and administer levies, special levies, and municipal charges for Sectional Title and Home Owners’ Associations
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements
  • Budget preparation

 

What we are looking for:

 

  • Proven financial administration or bookkeeping experience
  • Experience in community housing (Sectional Title / Home Owners’ Associations) an advantage
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, trustees, and stakeholders
