Bellbuoy is proud to confirm that Professor Cornie van der Merwe will be presenting a seminar to our clients on the new STSM and CSOS Acts on Tuesday 4 April 2017. This promises to be a very interesting seminar, delivered by one of the individuals who, together with Graham Paddock and Joseph Maluleke, were tasked by the Department of Human Settlements with updating Sectional Title legislation and more effectively dealing with dispute resolution - which culminated in the STSM and CSOS Acts becoming effective as from 7 October 2016.

Prof van der Merwe is an Emeritus Professor of the University of Stellenbosch and the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. He is a well respected academic with affiliations to many renowned universities, as well as being published extensively in Sectional Titles law, both locally and internationally.

The seminar will be held at the Westview Sports Club, 158 1st Avenue Newton Park. Registration will be from 08h00, with the seminar starting a 08h30, and will end at approximately 13h30.
